Distribution Coordinator Needed in Santa Paula

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm
JOB SUMMARY
Distribution Coordinator supports both Fresh Produce and Foods departments with shipping BOL's and balancing inventories at multiple locations. Process invoices for services and storage at multiple locations.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Regularly perform the duties of a Distribution Coordinator demonstrating professionalism, good organization, and the ability to multi-task as needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
§ High School Diplomas or GED is required
§ One year of relevant experience in a similar position or customer service is preferred.
§ Proficient use of MS Office software
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
§ Demonstrated ability to remain professional and diplomatic when working under pressure
§ Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) highly preferred.

§ Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
§ Must be detail oriented and demonstrate initiative to complete work timely
§ Ability to interact with a great variety of people at all levels tactfully and skillfully, often under stressful conditions
